Conducts qualitative research by coding interview and focus group transcripts, verifying transcript accuracy against audio, managing coding workflows, triangulating qualitative and quantitative findings, and preparing client-ready summaries, tables, figures, and CDC-formatted deliverables. Supports codebook refinement, inter-rater reliability documentation, replication toolkit development, and creation of de-identified analysis datasets. Contributes to proposals, client engagement, study design, and methodological strategy.

Engineer, deploy, maintain and optimize the organization's Splunk SIEM environment. Integrate data sources, develop apps/reports/alerts/dashboards, perform performance tuning, manage Linux on-prem servers, mentor Tier II staff, lead technical design, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure Splunk Enterprise Security and RBA/CIM compliance for large-scale enterprise deployments.

Administer and maintain MECM infrastructure for a federal customer, including cloud/hybrid deployments. Perform software packaging and deployment, OSD imaging, patch management via WSUS, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation with PowerShell, Intune/co-management integration, compliance with federal security standards, documentation, and Tier II/III support.
