Teams at Chowbus

Support restaurant merchants through POS onboarding, hardware installation, software configuration, platform training, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries. Monitor client health, lead business reviews, drive product adoption, execute campaigns, and optimize account usage. Provide occasional onsite support for escalated issues, collaborate cross-functionally on product improvements, and represent the customer internally. Requires strong communication, troubleshooting ability, CRM proficiency, and fluency in Chinese and English.

The Sales Manager will promote Chowbus' POS system to restaurants, focusing on prospecting, relationship building, and closing partnerships while meeting assigned sales goals.

Plans, launches, and optimizes paid social, LinkedIn, ABM, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline from restaurant accounts. Manages campaign budgets, targeting, nurture journeys, automation, testing, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales and Marketing teams on account targeting, messaging, and coordinated outreach while optimizing campaigns for ROI and demo conversions.
