Executes marketing programs for high school exchange recruitment, including host-family email nurturing, social content, testimonials, school outreach, event logistics, agent support, campaign materials, and asset-library management. Maintains contact databases, coordinates collateral and translated materials, tracks campaign activity, monitors email performance, and reports results to marketing and program leadership while collaborating with remote and international partners.

Coordinates sales operations for a high school study abroad team, managing applications, enrollment workflows, student systems, billing support, Canvas learning content, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder support. Troubleshoots platforms, audits data, develops SOPs, tests system enhancements, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with Sales, IT, advisors, and international teams while providing operational support during peak periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

Manages strategic host-employer accounts for seasonal exchange programs, focusing on renewals, relationship growth, placement maximization, customer service, and new-account prospecting. Oversees hiring activities, consults on employer needs and participant markets, supports hiring events and tradeshows, coordinates with internal teams, maintains Salesforce records, and hires participants internationally or virtually. International travel may be required.
