Teams at Circle (circle.so)

Lead a small, hands-on engineering team responsible for analytics infrastructure and member growth. Own technical strategy for ClickHouse-powered analytics, data visualizations, and LLM-enabled data experiences, while guiding onboarding and activation roadmaps. Write and review code, design experiments, partner with product and design, make architectural decisions, and hire, mentor, and develop engineers. The role requires strong web application experience, product judgment, communication skills, and expertise across Ruby on Rails, databases, ReactJS, and TypeScript.

Build and own evaluation infrastructure, observability tooling, datasets, annotation workflows, and diagnostic systems for production AI agents. Lead experiments across prompts, models, routing, caching, cost, and latency. Diagnose failures across planning, tool use, and agent execution, while partnering with AI Core engineering. Manage and grow the AI Quality team as a hands-on player-coach, contributing directly to production code and technical direction.

Own growth for Circle’s Discover marketplace by driving traffic, GMV, and transaction volume. Lead experimentation, lifecycle email, subscriber acquisition, SEO/AEO, creator success, funnel reporting, and retention initiatives. Partner with product, paid media, data, brand, partnerships, the GM, and co-founders to shape and execute marketplace growth strategy in a hands-on player-coach role.
