Oversee affordable housing communities across Washington, lead Regional Managers and on-site teams, maintain owner relationships, ensure LIHTC and regulatory compliance, monitor property conditions, and drive leasing, collections, occupancy, expense control, and NOI performance. Review financial reports, budgets, contracts, invoices, and business plans; conduct inspections and audits; manage staffing and development; resolve escalated resident issues; and travel weekly throughout the assigned portfolio.
