Develop and execute executive communications for the Americas Software and Services Sales VP while supporting communications operations. Responsibilities include strategic messaging, thought leadership content, communication channels, social media strategy, templates, toolkits, playbooks, platform management, and alignment with sales, global communications, enablement, and change management teams.

Lead strategy, architecture, and adoption of Cisco’s AI evaluation platform. Define benchmarking, automated LLM judging, human review, release gates, quality standards, regression detection, production telemetry, and feedback loops. Partner with research, engineering, and product teams to standardize evaluation frameworks across the organization and improve the reliability, safety, and accuracy of generative AI, RAG, and autonomous agent systems.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and agentic AI capabilities for Cisco Cloud Control’s MSP and partner ecosystem. Own multi-tenant platform requirements, delegated administration, RBAC, onboarding, API integrations, commercial workflows, and partner adoption analytics. Build executive relationships with MSPs, guide beta programs, and align engineering, design, sales, licensing, and cross-portfolio teams to deliver scalable cloud-managed networking and security operations.
