Lead cross-functional, high-priority programs to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Establish governance, standardize project practices, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, remove execution barriers, and advise senior leaders. Oversee a portfolio of initiatives, foster stakeholder alignment, and coach teams to improve operational effectiveness and scalability.

Drive product strategy and roadmaps for cardiac safety solutions in clinical trials. Translate customer needs into requirements, collaborate with engineering and UX, lead release planning, and optimize products across the full lifecycle.
