Lead enterprise data quality strategy and a global data operations team, designing frameworks, SOPs, and automated monitoring to ensure regulatory-compliant, transparent, and high-value specialty pharmacy and pharma/biotech data. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to standardize processes, drive automation, resolve data incidents, perform audits, and deliver customer-facing insights that reduce errors and MTTR.

Lead and operate the end-to-end compliance program including policy, enforcement, risk assessment, audits, SOC 2 maintenance, BAAs/DUAs, customer-facing compliance guidance, privacy advisory (HIPAA/CCPA/CPRA/GDPR), and training. Report risks and recommendations to leadership and manage compliance interactions with external advisors.

Manage end-to-end customer implementations, coordinating data loading, application configurations, and cross-functional activities, while driving project plans and reporting across multiple accounts.
