An 8–10-week construction summer program providing hands-on experience in project management, field management, project development, and business operations. Responsibilities include financial management, document control, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and site logistics. Associates also complete training, jobsite tours, networking, and a capstone project. The role requires active construction-site work, physical activity, and flexibility for extended hours.

Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects, handling project accounting, payroll, subcontractor payments, cost forecasting, KPI monitoring, change order reconciliation, contract administration, reporting, and project closeout while leading and training team members and ensuring site safety and compliance.

Ensure jobsite safety by enforcing corporate and regulatory safety programs, developing project-specific safety plans and education, identifying and correcting hazards, partnering with field supervision, and facilitating third-party/OSHA reviews to maintain a safe construction environment.

Lead and enforce corporate, federal, state, and local safety programs on construction projects. Serve as coach and advisor to managers and employees, drive HR policy/process improvements, and support regional locations with occasional travel.
