The role involves active construction-site work, stakeholder engagement, business development, and talent recruiting, with structured training and mentorship. Candidates must be pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree and demonstrate interest in construction.

An 8–10-week construction summer program providing hands-on experience in project management, field management, project development, and business operations. Responsibilities include financial management, document control, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety monitoring, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, purchasing, and site logistics. Associates also complete training, jobsite tours, networking, and a capstone project. The role requires active construction-site work, physical activity, and flexibility for extended hours.

Serve as the primary financial liaison for construction projects, handling project accounting, payroll, subcontractor payments, cost forecasting, KPI monitoring, change order reconciliation, contract administration, reporting, and project closeout while leading and training team members and ensuring site safety and compliance.
