Lead tax engagements for private foundations and high-net-worth individuals, overseeing planning, execution, staff supervision, technical reviews, compliance, IRS examinations, and sophisticated tax research. Provide advisory services involving foreign filings, alternative investments, multistate compliance, and tax planning. Support business development, client relationships, staff education, recruiting, and department initiatives while serving as a technical resource and progressing toward partner leadership.

Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and affiliated entities. Responsibilities include planning and reviewing tax compliance work, researching technical issues, advising clients on tax planning, supporting IRS examinations and appeals, managing client relationships, developing new business, mentoring staff, and delivering technical training.

Supports client accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable communications, invoice organization, payment processing, vendor inquiries, financial record maintenance, and customer payment documentation. The intern also contributes to process improvements and special projects, attends meetings and training, visits clients, and works with mentors to establish professional development goals while gaining GAAP-based accounting experience.

The role requires CPA licensure credit completion by January 2027, strong written and verbal communication, creative problem-solving, and U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

Lead GASB-based audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion. Manage engagement teams, review workpapers and financial statements, assess engagement risk, maintain client relationships, mentor staff, support practice growth and proposal activity, meet $100K new-billings goal, present technical training, research technical issues, and complete required CPE.

Guide clients through ERP and software solution evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization. Build client, referral, and partner relationships; manage sales pipelines; conduct discovery and gap analyses; develop recommendations, proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and Statements of Work; coordinate with implementation teams and vendors; support onboarding, configuration, integrations, reporting, automation, training, renewals, and advisory services.
