Supports internal accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, journal entries, tax filings, fixed assets, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Maintains general ledger accuracy, reviews disbursements, supports process improvements and system implementations, and provides accounting guidance to internal stakeholders. The role requires at least five years of progressive accounting experience and offers a hybrid schedule with three or more in-office days weekly.

Leads M&A transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, carve-outs, and post-close integration. Advises clients on financial reporting, forecasting, controls, valuation inputs, deal risks, and purchase price adjustments. Manages engagement scope, budgets, staffing, timelines, billing, and deliverables while coaching teams, developing client relationships, supporting proposals, and improving financial processes.

Manages commercial tax engagements from planning through completion, reviews tax returns and workpapers, researches technical issues, advises clients on tax planning and compliance, supports IRS examinations and appeals, develops client relationships, contributes to business development, mentors staff, and provides technical training.
