Lead a developer productivity engineering team responsible for CI/CD, build systems, internal tooling, and AI-augmented development workflows. Improve developer experience, engineering velocity, and software quality through scalable infrastructure, productivity metrics, AI tool adoption, coaching, and governance. Partner cross-functionally, mentor engineers, evaluate AI technologies and costs, and establish standards for security, correctness, licensing, and data handling.

Own FP&A and strategic finance partnership for R&D, G&A, and Corporate functions. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, headcount and vendor spend planning, cloud cost tracking, billings forecasting, and executive, board, and investor reporting. The role partners with Accounting and department leaders, maintains rolling forecasts, and uses AI tools to improve financial modeling, analysis, and communication.

Own the full machine learning lifecycle for search ranking and retrieval, including model training, deployment, serving, feature pipelines, evaluation frameworks, hybrid lexical-vector retrieval, large-scale embedding inference, query understanding, and permissions-aware multi-tenant search. Collaborate with infrastructure, AI, and backend teams to improve search relevance across ClickUp’s platform.
