Lead international tax engagements, advising clients on cross-border structures, foreign tax credits, M&A, repatriation, treaty analysis, and export incentives. Prepare and review international components of individual and corporate tax returns, research complex tax issues, maintain current tax-law knowledge, manage engagements, support business development, and mentor international tax professionals.
