Own Clipster’s SEO function and strategy across technical SEO, content, programmatic landing pages, link building, digital PR, and AI-powered search visibility. Partner with engineering on crawlability, indexing, site structure, structured data, performance, and website migration. Develop keyword strategies and content briefs, secure quality backlinks, track organic performance, and manage the SEO budget while driving measurable customer acquisition.

Own engineering delivery, organizational design, security, infrastructure, fraud initiatives, incident escalation, and cross-functional prioritization. Build scalable team structures, propose hiring plans, represent engineering to executives, and oversee infrastructure and data decisions. The role requires substantial engineering leadership experience, hands-on backend or full-stack development experience, and a track record of scaling engineering organizations at startups or scaleups.

Own product design across creator onboarding, campaign discovery, payouts, brand campaign tools, dashboards, and reporting. Improve Clipster’s design system, Figma organization, and engineering handoff standards while collaborating with product leadership and engineers. This hands-on role also requires implementing UI fixes and frontend components using HTML, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript, and React.
