Manage project billing, invoicing, collections tracking, cash visibility, purchasing support, vendor payment validation, and contract-related finance processes. Partner with project and operational teams to resolve financial issues, maintain documentation, and improve workflows. The role also supports project setup, billing terms, contract modifications, forecasting, and automation across government and commercial contracts.

Lead and scale the accounting function, owning monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, financial reporting, controls, audits, tax compliance, vendor-master integrity, payment-fraud prevention, payroll reconciliations, and ERP implementation. Manage and develop the accounting team, improve workflows, strengthen documentation, and partner with finance, operations, auditors, banks, and external compliance providers to support company growth and financial integrity.
