Design, build, and operate Cloudflare’s globally distributed cache and reverse-proxy data plane. Responsibilities include improving Pingora-based asynchronous systems, cache performance and correctness, purge and Tiered Cache services, APIs, observability, reliability, and production operations. The role owns features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, staged rollouts, incident response, and cross-team collaboration.

Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency distributed data systems across ingestion, storage, and retrieval. Optimize delivery pipelines, scale analytical database clusters (ClickHouse), develop GraphQL and log delivery solutions, monitor performance with observability tooling, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally and with open-source communities to evolve the data platform.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Lead onboarding, implementation oversight, customer health monitoring, QBRs, and executive advisory. Carry a revenue quota, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and use AI-powered workflows to automate administrative tasks.

Design, build, and operate globally distributed storage systems; own code from design to release; provision and benchmark storage hardware; model failure domains; build observability, runbooks, and automation; collaborate across teams to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

Design, build, and operate secure, resilient distributed systems for secrets and key management across Cloudflare's global network. Re-architect and strengthen internal PKI and machine/workload identity, support and run services (including on-call), and consult with teams to ensure secure system design and usage.

Design and implement foundational layers of next-generation distributed storage and streaming systems. Own code end-to-end, architect consistency models, optimize storage engine performance, design data-centric APIs, and debug complex race conditions, partitions, and infrastructure-level failures. Work across system layers using Rust/C++ and interact with JavaScript/TypeScript as needed.

Build and maintain Cloudflare’s globally distributed Quicksilver key-value store using Go and C. Develop features, improve CPU and memory performance, enhance monitoring and operational tooling, and debug complex, hard-to-reproduce issues across the software stack. Responsibilities include code reviews, testing, deployments, rollbacks, operations, alerting, and on-call support for a system operating across tens of thousands of servers and hundreds of data centers.

The Senior Named Account Executive will manage 20-30 enterprise accounts, focusing on customer relationships, closing business, and driving revenue growth while collaborating with internal teams.

Build and maintain Cloudflare's new vector database offering: design, implement, and operate distributed, low-latency cloud systems. Own features across the stack, ensure reliability and performance, write design documents, and apply machine learning and data retrieval expertise using TypeScript, Go, Rust, and related technologies.

Lead the DCIM program for data center operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement for infrastructure performance.

Own and develop distributed database systems powering R2, Durable Objects, and Workers KV. Implement features, ensure correctness via review and testing, tune performance, optimize data placement and replication across edge topology, and build observability and tooling to operate storage globally across Cloudflare's network.

Lead and grow a team building and operating the Workers runtime at the edge. Own reliability, release safety, architectural evolution, and performance/security improvements for a high-throughput multi-tenant runtime implemented in C++/Rust and WebAssembly. Partner with adjacent teams, hire and mentor engineers, and balance customer-facing features with foundational investments.

Own and advance Cloudflare's end-to-end revenue forecast: design methodology, run planning cycles, build multi-scenario models linking bookings to recognized revenue, automate forecasting with AI, partner with Accounting/FP&A, and deliver executive and board-level reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.

Design, build, and operate Cloudflare's distributed storage and database products (R2 Data Catalog, R2 SQL). Own full lifecycle delivery, architect consistency models, optimize storage engine performance, design APIs, and debug large-scale distributed systems using Rust, TypeScript, Go, C++, and Linux/UNIX.

Leads technical relationships with strategic partners across pre-sales and post-sales activities. Develops joint go-to-market strategies, enables partner technical champions, supports solution discovery and proof-of-concepts, and drives adoption of Cloudflare One, Zero Trust, and AI solutions. Owns technical account plans, partner service delivery readiness, joint managed-service offerings, architectural health, performance metrics, and product feedback initiatives.

Drive Cloudflare One revenue and adoption as a consultative sales expert. Advise sales leaders on strategy and pipeline generation, present SASE and security solutions to strategic customers, enable account executives, support complex deals, engage partners, provide management business reviews, and communicate market feedback across product, marketing, enablement, and partner teams. The role requires strong cybersecurity and networking expertise, strategic planning, competitive knowledge, presentation skills, and 10–20% travel.

Lead global HR business partnering for R&D, Engineering, Product, Security, and Research organizations. Advise senior technical executives, align talent strategy with business goals, architect AI-native organizational structures, evolve career frameworks, manage succession and retention, guide complex change, and coordinate People Team centers of excellence. Lead a global HRBP team while applying people analytics and executive coaching to improve organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and workforce outcomes.

Own the end-to-end People lifecycle for M&A: lead HR due diligence, partner with Corporate Development, build cross-functional integration playbooks, orchestrate Recruiting/Comp/Immigration/Payroll workstreams, and design day-1 onboarding and retention programs to integrate acquired technical teams under compressed timelines.

Lead DoD-focused account strategy and sales for Combatant Commands (COCOM/STRATCOM/TRANSCOM). Develop account plans, drive multi-year pipeline, negotiate contracts, navigate federal procurement vehicles, work with system integrators and partners, and position Cloudflare security and cloud networking solutions to meet mission objectives.
