Lead eight Commercial Account Executives across the West region, driving new-account acquisition, customer expansion, quota attainment, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement. Coach team members on solution selling and structured sales methodologies, develop product-focused playbooks, collaborate with Product Marketing and Enablement, recruit sales talent, and engage technical and executive buyers across security, networking, development, and infrastructure.

Maintain Cloudflare’s global data center network and infrastructure across remote colocation facilities. Responsibilities include configuring network equipment, maintaining operational availability, managing contractors and vendors, creating SOPs and operational plans, improving processes through automation and AI tools, supporting deployments and migrations, troubleshooting infrastructure, and participating in 24/7 on-call coverage. The role also involves basic program management, documentation, vendor coordination, and collaboration with Network Engineering, SRE, logistics, and infrastructure teams.

Build and maintain product cost and unit economics models for compute, storage, bandwidth, AI, and infrastructure usage. Partner with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Infrastructure Finance, and Accounting to analyze costs, margins, capital investments, capacity, depreciation, and forecasts. Develop allocation analyses, scenario models, reporting, reconciliations, and automation workflows. Translate technical and financial data into recommendations while improving finance processes and applying AI responsibly.
