Teams at Cloudflare

Design, build, and operate Cloudflare’s globally distributed cache and reverse-proxy data plane. Responsibilities include improving Pingora-based asynchronous systems, cache performance and correctness, purge and Tiered Cache services, APIs, observability, reliability, and production operations. The role owns features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, staged rollouts, incident response, and cross-team collaboration.

Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency distributed data systems across ingestion, storage, and retrieval. Optimize delivery pipelines, scale analytical database clusters (ClickHouse), develop GraphQL and log delivery solutions, monitor performance with observability tooling, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally and with open-source communities to evolve the data platform.

Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, architecture design, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Lead onboarding, implementation oversight, customer health monitoring, QBRs, and executive advisory. Carry a revenue quota, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and use AI-powered workflows to automate administrative tasks.
