Own full-cycle technical recruiting for technology teams, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, create hiring plans, source niche candidates, analyze pipeline data, and improve talent acquisition strategies. The recruiter will leverage market intelligence, Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, and AI tools to influence hiring decisions, engage passive candidates, strengthen the talent brand, and support diverse pipelines during a six-month contract.

Lead customer-facing implementations of Counterpart Assistant for provider practices and TINs from kickoff through launch and post-go-live. Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate account management, support, product, engineering, providers, and clinical stakeholders, resolve integration risks, maintain project plans, and ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Improve implementation playbooks, workflows, and tooling while communicating customer feedback internally.

Lead the Data Products engineering pillar owning technical strategy, clinical data ingestion, canonical modeling, and scalability. Manage ingestion pipelines, customer onboarding, data hygiene, observability, and enterprise reporting. Drive AI-augmented SDLC adoption, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), hire and mentor engineering leaders, and partner with product and data science to deliver a stable, scalable clinical data platform that supports multi-customer growth and clinical insight generation.
