Teams at Coastal Villages Region Fund

Administers systems, networks, servers, virtual infrastructure, Microsoft cloud environments, security tools, backups, and end-user technology. Coordinates multi-site IT projects, vendors, and stakeholders; develops enterprise system and data integrations; maintains SQL databases, ETL processes, and technical documentation. Troubleshoots complex hardware, software, and network issues, supports disaster recovery, and may travel to remote sites for deployments or repairs.

Work aboard crab catcher vessels to sort and handle crab, operate or tend processing machinery, load/unload supplies, maintain safety and cleanliness, perform heavy manual lifting and long shifts in harsh maritime conditions, and complete required safety drills, medical clearances, background and drug screenings.

Operate, maintain, and repair all vessel engineering systems on a freezer longliner, including propulsion, generators, refrigeration, hydraulics, desalination, and electrical/electronic systems. Ensure USCG compliance, lead preventive maintenance, manage spare parts and budgets, coordinate with port engineer and vendors, document failures/repairs, respond to safety incidents, and participate in drills and safety training.
