Lead the visual direction and hands-on design of CodeAI’s brand across integrated campaigns and channels. Concept with copywriters, create production-ready assets, direct photo and video shoots, evolve brand guidelines, and provide creative direction to contractors. Design work spans video, social, email, web, paid media, out-of-home, and experiential formats, with emphasis on accessibility, motion, platform-native content, and responsible use of AI tools.

Build a net-new pipeline of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth donors, manage the full major-gifts fundraising cycle, and secure six- and seven-figure transformational and multi-year commitments. The role owns approximately $3M+ in annual fundraising, develops cultivation strategies, partners with executives and board members, creates donor communications, uses events to generate prospects, maintains Salesforce records, and builds scalable major-giving practices.

Leads CodeAI’s global strategy for expanding K-12 AI and computer science education outside the United States. Defines goals, KPIs, market approaches, programs, partnerships, and operating models; manages global performance, budgets, vendors, and a small team; and represents the organization to ministries, partners, funders, and media. The role requires scaling equitable education programs, building data-driven impact systems, adapting initiatives to local contexts, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
