Teams at Cofactr

Own strategic customer onboarding and activation from sales handoff through first purchase over 60–90 days. Manage configuration, project timelines, customer relationships, cross-functional escalations, and activation metrics. Drive initial purchasing and GMV, develop scalable onboarding playbooks, support customer advocacy, and transition activated customers to account management. The role requires strong communication, commercial judgment, technical SaaS aptitude, supply chain expertise, and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Manage procurement of electronic components using distributor APIs and supplier websites. Track and update orders in the Cofactr platform, monitor lead times and decommits, quote BOMs with price-solving tools, contact suppliers for quotes, and report software or data issues to engineering and data teams.
