Leads corporate accounting operations, including month-end close, lease and equity accounting, foreign currency, purchase accounting, general ledger management, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. The role develops scalable accounting processes, improves workflows using technology and AI tools, supports acquisitions, and partners cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in a high-growth technology company.

Deploy and operate large-scale GPU Kubernetes clusters across cloud providers, onboard new hardware, and improve reliability, performance, utilization, and cost. Automate fault detection and remediation for nodes, GPUs, and high-speed fabrics. Troubleshoot Linux, networking, and production performance issues while collaborating with cloud providers, hardware vendors, researchers, and ML engineers. Participate in a compensated 24x7 on-call rotation.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Cohere’s go-to-market teams, from sourcing through hiring, while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, monitor funnels in Ashby, provide talent-market insights, and build diverse talent communities. The role also includes proactive sourcing, recruiting projects, conference representation, and curated networking events within a rapidly growing AI company.
