Supports real estate agents, branch leaders, and office operations through technology assistance, onboarding, scheduling, social media, marketing support, event coordination, recruiting administration, office organization, inventory management, and facilities or IT coordination. The role also helps maintain office culture, supports agent business planning and accountability, and provides customer-focused service in a busy branch environment.

Manages customer accounts receivable by posting payments, monitoring aging balances, following up on overdue invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, reconciling accounts and unapplied cash, preparing reports, supporting month-end close and audits, and documenting collection activities. The coordinator collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, customers, and management to maintain accurate records and improve collection effectiveness.

Supervise a remote escrow processing team supporting title and settlement operations across multiple states. Responsibilities include assigning workflows, monitoring workload and production performance, resolving escalations, addressing client and operations inquiries, coordinating vendor issues, communicating process updates, training employees, and supporting recruitment, development, and performance management.
