Develop and execute editorial and content strategy across AP and Pre-AP web properties. The role organizes complex information, defines content structure and placement, guides information architecture and taxonomy, creates and edits web content, manages CMS publishing, and conducts audits and optimization. It partners with cross-functional stakeholders, supports content governance and workflows, improves findability and usability, and balances multiple priorities across course launches and ongoing web updates.

Leads higher-education content, messaging, newsletters, web resources, reports, and cross-channel campaigns for enrollment and financial-aid audiences. Manages strategic initiatives, project planning, outreach, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with communications, marketing, legal, finance, research, and program teams. Uses audience insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness, adoption, and institutional engagement.

The Lead Engineer will design and manage scalable web applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-quality software for BigFuture. Responsibilities include architecture definition, mentoring, and leading Agile ceremonies while exploring technologies like AI.
