Drive XFINITY product penetration and retention within assigned residential Communities by building relationships with property management, promoting Comcast offerings, coordinating on-site events, resolving customer issues, and identifying upsell opportunities including PMS integrations and advanced products. Serve as a single point of contact across sales, billing, and technical teams to maximize subscriber growth.

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice solutions to small and mid-size businesses. Prospect, develop territory relationships, deliver face-to-face consultative presentations, promote bundled products, pursue advanced communications opportunities (PRI, Hosted PBX, multi-location), manage pipeline to exceed quotas, and coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses. Build and develop territory relationships, generate leads, deliver face-to-face presentations, retain customers, and meet/exceed sales targets while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate sales records. Requires knowledge of network and voice/data technologies and strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
