The role also performs network assessments, implements Zero Trust architectures, troubleshoots complex environments, and collaborates directly with clients and managed-services teams.

Supports and delivers managed network services for ISP and MSP customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and configuring SD-WAN, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, data circuits, Microsoft systems, and LAN environments; provisioning new customers; coordinating with vendors; resolving issues through completion; maintaining customer relationships; and mentoring engineers. The role emphasizes Versa Networks, firewall configuration, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, NAT, network design, and QoS.

Develop and grow channel partnerships across Northern California, focusing on master agents, subagents, managed service providers, consultants, and other business partners. The role combines business development and direct selling, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing, partner education, training, and quota attainment. The Channel Director collaborates with sales leadership on go-to-market strategy and expands customer and partner relationships.
