Serves as the senior-most business systems architect and final technical authority across CRM, billing, marketing operations, revenue, and integration platforms. Defines target-state architecture, modernization and decommissioning strategies, technical roadmaps, solution designs, and build specifications. Partners with executive stakeholders, resolves cross-system design decisions, evaluates build-versus-buy choices, manages risks and tradeoffs, and maintains architecture documentation. The role supports Salesforce, Marketo, Zuora, CPQ, quote-to-cash, and order-to-revenue systems.

The Technical Customer Support Representative assists eCommerce merchants by providing technical support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
