Manages a portfolio of client accounts, driving implementation success, product adoption, renewals, and expansions. Leads negotiations, forecasting, strategic account planning, client workshops, and presentations while using data to guide decisions. Mentors junior client success managers, maintains CRM data, collaborates cross-functionally, and communicates client feedback to improve products and services. Requires strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and K-12 education knowledge, with up to 25% travel.

Leads strategy, development, and launch of innovative K-12 EdTech products from concept through scale. Owns product vision, roadmap, backlog, market research, prototyping, user testing, agile delivery, board reporting, budgets, and performance metrics. Partners with educators, researchers, designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to create impactful products aligned with learning outcomes, organizational mission, and revenue goals.
