Build and manage a consultative pipeline, position Compass’s value proposition, develop deep local market expertise, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain strong relationships to expand company-owned brokerages and hit quota targets based on agent, team, and brokerage production.

Leads the engineering team responsible for Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, enhancements, production support, security, and transformation delivery. Owns roadmap prioritization, technical standards, operational reliability, vendor management, and stakeholder communication across recruiting, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and other HCM functions. Manages distributed engineering teams, implementation partners, incident response, testing, cutover, and post-launch stabilization while ensuring data privacy, SOX compliance, documentation, and scalable engineering practices.
