Teams at Compliancy Group LLC

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers evaluating or migrating between compliance platforms. Lead technical discovery, deep-dive demonstrations, sandbox development, configuration, migration planning, documentation, and implementation support. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to facilitate successful migrations, communicate customer feedback, and translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and economic buyers.

Own retention and renewal outcomes for a portfolio of strategic, higher-value SaaS accounts. Build executive relationships, lead account reviews and renewal conversations, monitor account health, coordinate complex integrations, identify expansion opportunities, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Finance, and Implementation teams.

The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, close processes, internal controls, SaaS metrics, sales and income tax compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements. The role partners with the CFO and executive team on planning, process improvements, due diligence, financing, and M&A activities. Responsibilities also include managing and developing a small accounting team and building scalable financial infrastructure for a growing remote SaaS company.
