Leads end-to-end development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions in regulated federal environments. Designs Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI models, Dataverse architectures, security roles, integrations, and RPA solutions. Partners with federal stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and document system architectures. The role requires Power Platform experience in GCC High, IL5, GovCloud, or comparable environments, plus eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Designs and maintains enterprise data integrations, metadata pipelines, APIs, workflows, data models, catalogs, and governance solutions. Resolves data quality and interoperability issues, documents technical processes, and collaborates with developers, data stewards, analysts, and governance stakeholders. Independently manages technical workstreams from requirements through implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. The role requires SQL, relational database, data modeling, cloud platform, API, and structured data experience, plus eligibility for a Secret clearance and DoD CAC.

Supports federal capital investment and infrastructure resilience programs for Marine Corps installations. Develops project plans, schedules, risk reports, status updates, budgets, and project documentation; coordinates government, contractor, technical, and installation stakeholders; maintains project data across facilities and financial systems; supports meetings, workshops, project closeout, lessons learned, and best-practice development.
