Serve as the owner’s representative for K-12 construction and renovation projects. Lead schedule, budget, contract administration, procurement, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and closeout while partnering with construction managers, architects, and district staff to ensure project delivery and compliance with public bidding and school requirements.

Support Project Manager on K-12 construction and renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, bidding, stakeholder communication, site coordination, risk tracking, and closeout documentation to keep projects on track.

Lead federal capital program portfolio delivery: plan, organize, and manage resources for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contract administration. Oversee PMs, maintain client relationships, perform site inspections, and support business development.

Design and lead delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS solutions: gather client requirements, create strategy and design documents, manage development and integrations, perform QA and UAT, demo solutions, and support sales and program governance.
