Lead full lifecycle construction projects for life sciences, pharmaceutical, and research facilities, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, compliance, client/vendor relationships, and mentoring project teams to deliver on schedule, budget, and quality.

Lead cost management and program controls for healthcare capital projects. Own budgets, forecasts (EAC), cash flow, change control, and cost reporting. Reconcile contractor reports, develop risk/contingency registers, validate pay applications, and produce executive-ready cost narratives. Integrate cost, schedule, and risk with stakeholders, drive governance and audit-ready processes, and support project closeout and continuous process improvement across a multi-project portfolio.

Support construction management teams by maintaining contract/document control systems, tracking RFIs/submittals/NCRs, coordinating meetings and stakeholders, assisting with cost/change/pay applications, maintaining construction logs and as-built records, and supporting project close-out and administrative tasks.
