Leads Convergint’s national K-12 vertical market strategy, revenue growth, partner ecosystem, and long-term roadmap. Manages Vertical Market Managers and aligns Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and regional leadership. The role develops differentiated solutions, supports complex executive-level opportunities, tracks revenue and margin KPIs, and represents the K-12 business with customers, partners, and industry associations. This remote position supports U.S. teams and includes up to 50% travel.

Designs, engineers, and documents physical security and life safety systems using AutoCAD and related drafting tools. Develops engineered drawings, submittal packages, record drawings, O&M manuals, permits, and project documentation. Reviews designs for code and AHJ compliance, supports material procurement and change-order pricing, participates in site surveys and project meetings, and communicates schedules, costs, and revisions to project managers. May provide training and direction to other designers.

Administer government, cooperative purchasing, and GPO contracts, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, fee payments, contract updates, and maintenance of contract files. Review proposals and booking documents, support RFP submissions, provide training, prepare contract reports, and answer contractual questions. Collaborate with sales, operations, legal counsel, vendors, and program partners to support growth across North American regions. The role is fully remote with up to 6% annual travel.
