The Cooling Specialist executes and oversees cooling workflows, ensuring proper food plating temperatures, completion of cooling logs, and compliance with food safety regulations. They collaborate with the Food Safety team to provide training and track performance metrics.

The Sustainability Lead drives sustainability initiatives focused on food waste management, compliance, and continuous improvement, working closely with teams to track, sort, and donate food waste to maximize social impact.
