Oversee facility sustainability and drive Zero Waste Certification by implementing waste-sorting procedures, tracking and analyzing waste data, conducting audits, training staff, coordinating donations, maintaining diversion stations, purchasing supplies, and leading corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Cooling Specialist executes and oversees cooling workflows, ensuring proper food plating temperatures, completion of cooling logs, and compliance with food safety regulations. They collaborate with the Food Safety team to provide training and track performance metrics.
