Supports the Pro Bono Practice through client intake, database management, reporting, document preparation, filings, event and training coordination, budget monitoring, web publishing, and administrative support. Maintains organized case files, coordinates communications with attorneys and legal service providers, processes engagement and conflict documents, and assists with presentations, travel, expenses, and special projects. Requires strong confidentiality, organization, judgment, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Analyzes and improves technology operations, IT service management, governance, intake, portfolio monitoring, and business processes. The role researches and synthesizes information for leadership, validates processes against ITIL standards, develops dashboards and reporting, supports vendor and contract activities, maintains documentation, and drives adoption of technology tools and processes. It also facilitates collaboration between business and technology stakeholders and promotes continuous operational improvement.

Lead omnichannel search and paid media strategy, own the ad-tech/search stack, manage onshore strategists and offshore agencies, optimize SEO/metadata and ROAS, drive attribution and performance reporting, collaborate with practice and brand teams for campaign amplification, develop AI-driven search roadmap, oversee paid media budget and compliance, and supervise and mentor direct reports.
