Manages the US patent filing specialist team supporting patent prosecution and counseling practitioners. Oversees caseloads, staffing, performance, quality control, billing, client service, compliance, training, and workflow improvement. Develops metrics and business plans, coordinates client service initiatives, ensures adherence to USPTO procedures and 37 C.F.R., and supports automation and technology implementation. Requires at least five years of IP experience, project management skills, and the ability to lead teams in a professional services environment.

Supports associate staffing, work allocation, utilization tracking, performance reviews, onboarding, coaching, professional development, licensing compliance, diversity initiatives, and wellness programs within the Capital Markets practice. Partners with practice leaders, Legal Talent, HR, and other internal teams to manage associate development, identify staffing and hiring needs, facilitate feedback, and implement training and integration initiatives.

Manages marketing and business development support for private companies and fund formation practices. Responsibilities include prioritizing marketing requests, managing pitches and proposals, coordinating legal rankings submissions and practice-led events, maintaining attorney bios and marketing assets, conducting market research, and onboarding lateral attorneys. The role also supervises and mentors direct reports while partnering with internal marketing, creative, strategy, and events teams.
