Owns complex routing, switching, firewall, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, and automation solutions. Provides L3 escalation support, incident triage, root cause analysis, client advisory, documentation, and technical leadership across managed services environments. Mentors engineers, improves standards and monitoring, supports migrations, and automates deployments using infrastructure-as-code and scripting tools.

Lead end-to-end Azure infrastructure engagements: design, implement, validate, document, and transition environments to managed services. Use Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected principles, perform migrations with Azure Migrate, ensure security, resiliency, operational readiness, automate via IaC, troubleshoot complex issues, and enable knowledge transfer for managed services.

Provides Level 3 technical support and systems administration for Microsoft environments. Manages identity, security, endpoint enrollment, patching, upgrades, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure migrations. Troubleshoots complex issues, performs root cause analysis, documents solutions, supports automation and DevOps adoption, and collaborates with service teams and clients. The role also helps identify service opportunities and may lead managed services projects or teams.
