Leads the Remote Support team, overseeing technical support operations, ticket queues, incident response, SLAs, KPIs, quality assurance, escalations, staffing, and client satisfaction. The manager coaches and develops support engineers, improves processes and workflows, coordinates with Systems, Projects, and Security teams, supports tools and training initiatives, and fosters an accountable, high-performing service delivery culture.

Supports client governance, risk, and compliance programs by maintaining security controls and policies, conducting vendor risk assessments, collecting framework evidence, administering security awareness and phishing campaigns, coordinating audits and projects, completing compliance questionnaires, and preparing risk and governance reports. The role collaborates with vCISO staff, clients, and internal departments to assess and document cybersecurity postures across multiple environments.

The Project Engineer will deliver complex IT projects, focusing on infrastructure, cloud, and end-user environments, ensuring effective deployment and support.
