Supports wealth management and financial planning teams by preparing client presentation materials, analyzing financial information, creating customized planning templates, researching financial topics, managing documents, and assisting with firm initiatives. The intern applies foundational knowledge of investments, insurance, estate planning, taxes, and financial planning while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and strong client service.

Lead and support end-to-end strategic and operational projects for the Institutional Relationships team. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track KPIs, prepare executive presentations and dashboards, conduct research and analysis, support change management, and partner with data/reporting to build models and visualizations that inform operational decisions and improve client experience.

Manage and maintain client reporting templates, portal views, and data workflows for wealth management clients. Execute monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, support advisors and client service teams, monitor data feeds (security master, allocations, returns), and perform quality assurance to ensure reporting integrity. Partner with Advisory, Investments, Compliance, and Platforms teams to drive the reporting roadmap.
