Lead and manage a residential mortgage underwriting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credit decisions across agency, government, jumbo, and non‑QM products. Oversee pipeline workload, approve complex or escalated files, interpret guidelines, manage exceptions, partner with operations and sales, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive team development, quality control, and process improvements to meet production goals and risk standards.

Support finance team with monthly/quarterly reporting, data compilation, budgeting, forecasting, P&L review, KPI monitoring, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement in mortgage lending.
