Owns product documentation, investor eligibility, LOS enablement (Empower), launch coordination, testing, and cross-functional alignment with Secondary, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.

Support loan officers and processors by inputting, organizing, and distributing mortgage loan information and documents, accessing online sources and loan origination software, and ensuring files meet guidelines. Maintain communication, manage time, and handle office equipment while working PST hours.
