Provides comprehensive executive administrative support to senior technology leaders, including complex calendar and meeting management, international coordination, travel and expense arrangements, event planning, presentations, shared-resource management, and special projects. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, discretion, communication skills, and flexibility to support globally distributed teams across international time zones.

Designs and manages web and API security controls, including WAF, bot management, DDoS protection, and detection policies. Conducts threat hunting, analyzes security telemetry and logs, investigates incidents, responds to vulnerabilities, and develops detection logic, playbooks, procedures, and automation. Partners with engineering and security teams to improve security operations, monitoring, and response capabilities across Coupang’s large-scale global technology environment.
