Lead retention strategy for Coursera + Udemy by diagnosing churn drivers, sizing opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve renewals, engagement, payment recovery, save/winback, and long-term customer value. Build business cases, own experimentation roadmap, and communicate executive-ready recommendations and dashboards to Consumer leadership.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for native iOS/Android apps, partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing, use experimentation and research to prioritize work, influence cross-org investment decisions, and raise product craft to improve discovery, engagement, retention, and measurable business outcomes for millions of learners.

Lead global customer success enablement by designing, deploying, and measuring learning programs. Partner with CS leadership and cross-functional teams, deliver coaching and content, localize initiatives, and use data and evaluation frameworks to drive performance and readiness.

Provide senior legal support on global privacy compliance with an initial focus on Udemy. Advise on US and international privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), privacy program buildout, DPIAs, incident response, data subject requests, regulatory engagement, and AI-related privacy issues. Partner with Product, Engineering, and InfoSec, mentor legal/privacy team members, and deliver pragmatic, business-focused guidance to senior leadership.
