Lead retention strategy for Coursera + Udemy by diagnosing churn drivers, sizing opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve renewals, engagement, payment recovery, save/winback, and long-term customer value. Build business cases, own experimentation roadmap, and communicate executive-ready recommendations and dashboards to Consumer leadership.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for high-priority platform areas, owning end-to-end content creation and AI-powered features. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship measurable outcomes, mentor peers, and translate customer insights into scalable solutions for creators and learners.

The Chief of Staff will support the CTO by translating company strategy into operational systems, managing projects, driving alignment, and enhancing leadership within the Tech organization, ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives.
