Investigates and evaluates complex property and liability claims, determines coverage and liability, estimates losses, negotiates settlements, prepares reports, recommends litigation, and provides expert testimony. The role also mentors adjusters, collaborates on co-adjusted losses, maintains regulatory compliance, completes continuing education, and supports business development through sales calls. This is a remote, non-driving position requiring an active adjuster license and substantial claims experience.

Administers FMLA and leave-of-absence requests for multiple clients, reviews documentation, determines eligibility, maintains records, ensures regulatory compliance, supports managers and employees, conducts training, analyzes leave data, and manages related correspondence and reporting.

Investigates, evaluates, and settles complex workers’ compensation claims. Determines coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, payments, subrogation, and recovery opportunities. Coordinates investigations and litigation strategy with legal counsel, prepares claims reports, participates in reviews, and ensures timely, equitable settlements within authority limits. Provides training and mentorship to new hires while managing claims independently and applying sound judgment to unusual or difficult cases.
