Support operations and account teams for event and group travel: liaise with hotels, manage All Access event websites, assist scheduling and attendee communication, analyze processes for improvements, and collaborate with product team to enhance tech solutions and customer experience.

Coordinate end-to-end travel bookings (flights, hotels, cars), create detailed itineraries, manage group rooming lists, maintain secure records, communicate with clients and vendors, troubleshoot disruptions, and advise on regulations and budgets to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Build and maintain full‑stack TypeScript web applications, design RESTful APIs and microservices, optimize frontend and backend performance, write tests, participate across the development lifecycle, perform code reviews, and collaborate with product and design to ship scalable travel‑management features.

Own and execute Crewfare's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Create and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, stories, carousels), write blog content, manage the Ambassador Program, plan giveaways and social campaigns with partners, manage content calendars, and collaborate to amplify campaigns and drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.

Lead product roadmap and execution for a core product line, coordinate cross-functional discovery and delivery, run agile ceremonies, track product KPIs, manage legacy client transitions and new launches, surface risks, and communicate status to stakeholders to drive data-informed prioritization and successful go-to-market outcomes.

Own HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration (401k, FSA), employee relations, performance management, HRIS recordkeeping (Justworks), payroll reviews, recruitment support, employee engagement, and building a remote-first employer brand and culture.

Lead paid ad strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to drive awareness, bookings, and B2B leads. Build funnels, retargeting flows, and CRM-aligned nurture campaigns; manage LinkedIn content/ads; collaborate with design and product on creatives, landing pages, and forms; support B2C seasonal and influencer campaigns.

Support Operations and Account teams by coordinating events and hotel communications, managing All Access event websites, improving processes, and collaborating with the product team to enhance travel tech solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable applications using TypeScript. Design and implement new features, optimize performance, collaborate with developers, follow best practices, and deliver well-documented, secure code.

Lead the Travel Team to oversee hotel sourcing, contracting, and inventory for events and clients. Manage, train, and support Travel Managers/Coordinators, maintain event data in CRM and Crewfare, build hotel partnerships, and support tech integrations while collaborating with BD, Account Managers, and Marketing.

Create and execute short-form video and community strategies to grow Crewfare's presence on TikTok and other platforms. Produce, edit, and publish content, engage audiences, run ambassador and influencer programs, expand presence across social platforms, and lead editorial strategy for the blog with SEO-optimized content. Monitor performance and optimize for engagement and bookings.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to a remote team: manage communications, assist team members, handle organizational tasks, and support operational efficiency. Maintain strong communication, organizational skills, and adapt to changing priorities while using standard office software.

Support social media and LinkedIn content strategy, design graphics, coordinate client schedules, analyze marketing data for actionable insights, and upload/optimize blog posts for SEO while collaborating with the team under mentorship.
