Company Overview

Crewfare is a cutting-edge travel technology company revolutionizing how large events, festivals, and conferences manage travel. We're growing fast and looking for a driven Product Manager to join our team. At Crewfare, we thrive on innovation and delivering world-class solutions for our clients, with a focus on optimizing systems and creating seamless user experiences.

Job Description

As a Product Manager at Crewfare, you will own the roadmap and execution for one of our core product lines. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship features that matter — balancing the needs of existing clients while driving the launch of new products. This role requires someone who can operate independently, make sound prioritization decisions, and move fast without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for your product area, ensuring tight alignment with business objectives and client needs.

  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and feature definition in close collaboration with engineering and design.

  • Drive agile and scrum ceremonies, keeping your team unblocked and focused on the right priorities.

  • Manage the transition for existing clients while simultaneously preparing new product launches for a successful go-to-market.

  • Define and track key product metrics; use data to inform prioritization and measure success.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on product status, priorities, and trade-offs.

  • Identify gaps, surface risks early, and propose solutions with a bias toward action.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.

  • Native or bilingual English speaker.

  • Strong command of agile and scrum methodologies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - including legacy product support alongside new product development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location

This is a fully remote role. Candidates may be located anywhere and are expected to be available during standard business hours.

Experience Range

We're looking for candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience who are ready to take ownership of a product area and make an immediate impact.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary + equity (stock options plan)

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • High-growth environment with real ownership and upward mobility

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
