Develop and maintain CrowdStrike’s macOS endpoint security sensor using C/C++ and Swift. Design high-performance, reliable software across operating-system subsystems including filesystems, memory, processes, and networking. Own features from design through delivery, collaborate with distributed teams, troubleshoot customer-reported issues, and contribute to major product releases. The role requires strong concurrency, performance, and low-level systems expertise, plus effective use of AI technologies to improve workflows and decision-making.

Leads CrowdStrike’s global 24/7 Digital Operations Center across multiple sites and regions. Owns operational strategy, staffing, tooling, policies, monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Directs critical incident escalation, crisis activation, post-incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Develops DOC leaders and staff, manages resource recommendations and budgets, maintains procedures and incident documentation, and reports performance to senior leadership. Partners with engineering, SRE, IT, and enterprise leaders to improve resilience and operational effectiveness.

Lead architecture and implementation of reliability improvements across CrowdStrike's cloud-native platform. Build shared libraries and services, drive observability and SLO practices, perform performance and cost optimization, run resilience engineering and chaos experiments, automate infrastructure-as-code, mentor engineers, and embed with product teams to deliver scalable, highly reliable distributed systems at organizational scale.
