Collaborate with product, security and DevOps teams to build scalable, secure back-end systems with automated testing, CI/CD, and rapid deployment. Participate in code audits, testing, release, and cross-stack problem solving; optimize and implement trading models and products.

Own end-to-end verification-to-activation journey for Exchange users: KYC approval, Re-KYC, fiat and crypto deposit/withdrawal, first-trade activation, and onboarding rewards. Drive product roadmap, vendor integrations, fraud mitigation, payment eligibility/limits, localization, and data-driven trade-offs across Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Operations to improve conversion, reduce drop-off, and scale markets.

Lead end-to-end product ownership for landing-to-activation on Crypto.com Exchange: build behavioural analytics, run high-velocity A/B tests, optimise sign-up and KYC initiation, design sign-up rewards, modernise login/authentication (passkeys/biometrics), and embed AI-native workflows to accelerate discovery-to-delivery.
