Serve as Product Owner reporting to the Senior Solutions Architect. Prepare and participate in PI planning, create and refine user stories, maintain team backlog, lead iteration planning, clarify acceptance criteria, support story elaboration and acceptance, participate in system demos, identify enablement work, and provide feedback to improve team velocity and quality.

Manage full sales cycle for small and medium merchants using digital and in-person outreach. Own pipeline, qualify leads, run demos, close deals, enroll merchants, maintain CRM records, hit sales targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Travel to local territory up to 40%.

Lead and manage medium-to-large technology projects end-to-end: create and maintain project plans, track schedules and expenses, identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, report metrics, coordinate CCM technical components (print, digital, IVR, SMS, database, PCI), and maintain stakeholder relationships to deliver projects on time and on scope.
